Delivery delays

Due to the current disruptions around the country, there may be a delay with your delivery. Especially for the following areas:

VIC & NSW
Most orders are unaffected; however, some parcels are being delivered a few business-days later than estimated, and some larger items are delayed by up to an additional 30 business days. Example items include, but not limited to:

Large tents, rooftop tents

Shelters, gazebos, 4wd awnings

Fridges

Furniture

Northern NSW & SE QLD
Due to recent flood damage, our delivery partners are experiencing delays.

WA
Most orders are unaffected; however, due to COVID restrictions in WA, some parcels are being delivered up to 10 days later than estimated.

疫情期間，全球航班/船班的稍作調度，澳洲運輸算正常
宅家購所有訂單，都不適用幾日/幾週抵台保證。
出貨時間都以廠商為準。

12/28 公告
1月船班  預計1/10抵達台灣港口
2月船班  預計2/10抵達台灣港口 (如有變動會另行公告)
目前為預估時間，可能因為船務公司排程而調整。

11/28 公告
因應全球疫情影響，澳洲海運港口有堵塞與貨櫃減少的情況，
但誤差都在容許範圍之中。先前10月份下訂的商品可能會延後機天，請耐心等候。

11/22 公告
澳洲時間 11/26-11/29感恩節連假，海外作業休息
但訂購作業照常進行。
